Value of CT perfusion imaging parameter combined with detection of serum levels of FGF-22 and AVP in diagnosis of first-episode depressive disorder patients
Objective:To explore the value of CT perfusion imaging(CTP)parameters combined with detection of serum levels of FGF-22 and AVP in the diagnosis of first-episode depressive disorder patients so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Meth-ods:85 cases of first-episode depressive disorder patients treated in a hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as a re-search group, and another 85 healthy adults were recruited as controls. Both the two groups underwent CTP.CTP parameters(rCBF,rCBV,TIP,MTT)and serum levels of FGF-22 and AVP of the two groups and of the first-episode depressive disorder patients with dif-ferent severity were compared and correlation of CTP parameters, and serum levels of FGF-22 and AVP with severity of the illness was analyzed. Results:The research group's rCBF,rCBV,and serum levels of FGF-22,AVP were respectively(71.83±5.84)mL/100g/min,(3.78±1.25)mL/100g,(159.52±10.35)ng/mL,and(73.54±8.43)ng/L,lower than the control group's(82.35±6.59)mL/100g/min,(4.53±1.39)mL/100g,(216.38±14.58)ng/mL,and(258.31±18.37)ng/L;TIP and MTT were re-spectively(29.54±2.31)s and(7.12±1.54)s,higher than the control group's(24.12±1.85)s,and(5.42±1.37)s,the differ-ences being significant(P<0.05).The severe depression group's rCBF,rCBV,and serum levels of FGF-22,AVP were respectively(65.71±5.54)mL/100g/min,(3.29±0.75)mL/100g,(133.54±10.17)ng/mL,and(48.25±3.96)ng/L,lower than the mod-erate depression group's(72.15±6.32)mL/100g/min,(3.75±0.93)mL/100g,(154.28±12.85)ng/mL,(68.19±7.25)ng/L,and the mild depression group's(75.32±6.74)mL/100g/min,(4.12±1.12)mL/100g,(183.52±15.28)ng/mL,(97.25±10.14)ng/L,while TIP and MTT[(33.69±2.76)s,(7.80±1.96)s]were longer than the moderate depression group's[(29.36±2.29)s,(7.23±1.72)s)]and the mild depression group's[(27.12±2.15)s,(6.53±1.43)s],the differences being significant(P<0.05).CTP parameters rCBF,rCBV,and ser-um levels of FGF-22,AVP were negatively correlated with the severity of first-episode depressive disorder(r=-0.695,-0.653,-0.742,-0.785)(all P<0.05);TIP and MTT were positively correlated with the severity of first-episode depressive disorder(r=0.728,0.686)(all P<0.05).Conclusion:CTP parameters combined with detection of serum levels of FGF-22 and AVP may be used as the assistant diagnosis of first-episode depressive disorder, which may provide reference for the clinical assessment of the degree depression.
