Study on current status of exercise self-efficacy and its influencing factors on patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI
Objective:To explore the current status and influencing factors of exercise self-efficacy on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 103 AMI patients who were admitted to a hospi-tal and successfully implanted coronary stents by PCI from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected to collect relevant clinical data.Univariate and multifactorial linear regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting the self-efficacy of exercise ac-tions after PCI of the AMI patients. Results:Univariate analysis showed that the post-PCI exercise action self-efficacy scores of AMI pa-tients with age≥60 years, anxiety, and depression were lower than those of patients with age<60 years,no anxiety, and no depres-sion(P<0.05).The exercise action self-efficacy scores of exercise behavior stages were compared, with the action stage>intention stage>pre-intention stage(P<0.05).The results of multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that the stage of exercise behav-ior,anxiety,and depression were the influencing factors of exercise action self-efficacy after PCI in AMI patients(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Exercise behavior stage, anxiety, and depression are closely related to exercise self-efficacy in AMI patients after PCI.
