Predictive analysis of serum E2,SAA and SII levels for poor postoperative prognosis in patients with early breast cancer
Objective:To investigate the predictive analyses of serum estradiol(E2),amyloid A(SAA)and systemic immunoin-flammatory index(SII)for poor postoperative prognosis in patients with early breast cancer. Methods:From May 2021 to May 2022,92 patients with early breast cancer undergoing modified radical surgery for breast cancer in a hospital were selected as an observation group, and 90 healthy check-up women at the same time were selected as a control group.Serum E2,SAA and SII levels of the two groups were compared. The observation group was divided into a poor prognosis group(25 cases)and a good prognosis group(67 ca-ses)according to whether there was recurrence or metastasis in 2 years after surgery.Single factor and multi factor logistic regression were used to analyze the factors influencing the poor prognosis of early breast cancer patients after surgery. The ROC curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of serum E2,SAA and SII levels for poor prognosis of breast cancer patients after surgery. Results:Serum levels of E2,SAA,and SII in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in age,BMI,and pathological type among patients with different prognoses(P>0.05).The proportions of patients with tumors>2 cm and clinical stage Ⅲ,as well as serum E2,SAA,and SII levels,in the poor prognosis group, were higher than those in the good prognosis group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that E2,SAA and SII were all factors influencing the poor prognosis of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the AUC predicted by serum E2,SAA and SII levels for poor short-term prognosis in early breast cancer patients were 0.853,0.863 and 0.833,respectively.The AUC for the combined diagnosis of E2,SAA,and SII is 0.947,with a sensitivity of 90.00%and a specificity of 98.51%.Conclusion:The levels of E2,SAA and SII are abnormally elevated in early breast cancer patients with poor prognosis after surgery, and the combined examination of the three has a better efficacy in diagnosing poor prognosis in breast cancer patients.
