污泥热干化过程中主要污染物来源及释放特性研究进展

在污泥热干化过程中,蒸发出的水分经冷凝形成的冷凝废水及不凝尾气是产生的主要污染因素,其中包括COD、氨氮、硫化氢、苯系物等典型污染物组分以及一些较为多见的恶臭组分,对生产环境的影响较大。文章总结了针对污泥热干化过程中污染物的现有相关研究,分析讨论了对污染物释放产生影响的主要因素,并着重归纳了热干化过程中主要污染物的释放机理,以期对污泥热干化工艺的进一步优化提出建议。
Research progress of source and release characteristics of main pollutants from sludge thermal drying process
In the sludge thermal drying process,the main pollution factors are condensed wastewater and non-condensing gas from water evaporation and condensation,which contain typical pollution components including COD,ammonia nitrogen,hydrogen sulfide,benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,and xylene(BTEX)as well as some common malodorous components,having a great impact on the drying workshop.Current research on pollutants from the sludge thermal drying process was summarized,and the main factors that influence pollutant generation and release were analyzed.The release mechanism of typical pollutant components was concluded.It is expected to provide suggestions on the optimization of the sludge thermal drying technology.
