Evaluation of risk management and control effect at complex organic contaminated sites——Taking a contaminated site in Changzhou as an example
Taking a typical complex organic pollution site in Changzhou as an example, many complex organic pollutants such as 1,2-dichloroethane,trichloromethane and benzene series in the groundwater of the site exceeded the standard seriously. In 2020,after site investigation and risk assessment, the key management and control area has been designated, and the risk management and control measures of groundwater extraction combined with natural attenuation have been adopted since March 2021.Through the evaluation of the effect of the controlled restoration project, the results show that:the controlled restoration project effectively controls the diffusion of pollution plume, and for the single-component pollutant control area, the reduction of pollutants is obvious, and the control and restoration of groundwater pollutants has achieved obvious results. The removal of site pollutants is mainly achieved through natural attenuation process, and the contribution of extraction to the removal of pollutants is low.For the compound contaminated site, the pollution characteristics should be finely depicted in the investigation stage,so as to reduce the impact of non-aqueous pollution source omission and multi-component dissolution enhancement effect on the risk management and control effect, and make reasonable and effective management and control and restoration decisions. It provides reference and scientific guidance for the construction of complex organic pollution site risk control system and the evaluation of risk control effect.
