乡村振兴背景下农村人口、资源与环境协调发展研究——以山东省为例

为衡量山东省农村协调发展水平,促进实现乡村振兴目标,基于耦合协调度模型,运用熵权法,分析2011-2021年山东省近 11年的农村农村人口、资源与环境间的耦合协调发展水平。结果表明,山东省农村人口、资源与环境的耦合协调发展程度总体呈现递增趋势,由轻度失调衰退型过渡到初级协调发展型,两子系统的综合发展指数也逐步向好,其中人口子系统的综合发展指数经过小幅波动后平稳上升,资源与环境子系统的发展势头更加显著,增幅大于人口子系统,耦合协调度向着优质协调的方向发展仍有很大的提升空间。因此,山东省农村要更加注重统筹人口、资源与环境各系统间的平衡发展,以助力农村高质量、可持续发展。
Coordinated development of rural population,resources and environment under the background of rural revitalization——Taking Shandong Province as an example
To measure the level of coordinated development of rural areas in Shandong Province and to promote the goal of rural revitalization,based on the coupling coordination degree model and entropy weight method,the coupling coordination development level of the rural population,resources and environment in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2021 was analyzed.The results showed that the degree of coupling and coordination development of rural population,resources and environment in Shandong Province showed an increasing trend in general,and transformation from a primary imbalanced decline type to a primary coordinated development type.The comprehensive development index of the two subsystems has also gradually improved,with the comprehensive development index of the population subsystem rising steadily after small fluctuations,while the resources and environment subsystem has gained a more significant momentum of development,with an increase greater than that of the population subsystem.The degree of coupling and coordination still has a lot of room for improvement in the direction of high-quality coordination.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the coupling coordination degree among population,resources,and environment in rural areas of Shandong Province to help the rural areas develop in a high-quality and sustainable way.
