Effects of different modified maifanite substrate on the growth of Vallisneria natans
In the process of lake ecological restoration, the modified material of lake bottom plays a key role in the process of water restoration, but the influence of different substrate modification types on the growth and development of submerged plants is still unclear. Therefore, the effects of four modified maifanite substrate materials(Acid modification, acid+thermal modification, microwave modification and microwave+thermal modification)on the growth process of Vallisneria natans were studied. The results showed that the growth indexes of Vallisneria natans in different modified groups increased during the whole culture period, but the growth of Vallisneria natans in acid+heat modified group increased the most.At each culture stage, the mean content of chlorophyll in leaves of modified groups was higher than that of original maifanite group(CK),the rate of decrease of MDA content in leaves of modified groups was higher than that of CK group, and the CAT enzyme activity in leaves of CK group was lower than that of modified group at the later culture stage.Different modified maifanite had different growth promoting effects on Vallisneria natans, among which the acid+heat modification group had the best growth promoting effect. The conclusion could provide a reference for selecting the best substrate modifier in the field of in-situ ecological restoration.
