Construction of monitoring and early warning system of toxic and harmful gases in chemical industry park——Taking Shenyang Chemical Industry Park as an example
Based on the actual case analysis of Shenyang Chemical Industry Park and the investigation of domestic and foreign status quo,the construction method of the toxic and harmful gas monitoring and warning system in the park was discussed from the aspects of construction idea,monitoring point layout,monitoring and warning factor identification,monitoring and warning platform design,warning level setting and supporting facilities construction.The establishment of the early warning system of chemical parks could help managers to discover the leakage of toxic and harmful gases as soon as possible,grasp the development trend of environmental pollution in the park,and realize rapid early warning and traceability analysis,effectively prevent sudden environmental pollution accidents caused by toxic and harmful gas leakage,and provide references for the construction of toxic and harmful gas monitoring and early warning system in domestic parks.
