燃煤烟气脱汞金属氧化物材料研究现状与进展

燃煤烟气中单质汞极难溶于水,并且具有很高的挥发性,利用现有装置难以对其进行脱除,这也是造成环境污染的主要因素,因此控制烟气中单质汞的排放成为当前人们研究的重点。金属氧化物吸附法是目前控制燃煤烟气单质汞排放研究中较多的一种方法,能够开发出成本低、高效清洁的吸附剂是研究热点。文章综述了金属氧化物脱汞吸附剂研究现状与进展,综合叙述了目前常见金属氧化物脱汞吸附剂的类型及其作用机制,整理了金属氧化物吸附剂的传统制备方法与创新方法,提出了制备金属氧化物脱汞吸附剂的吸附性能指标并进行统计对比,分析了金属氧化物脱汞吸附剂在燃煤烟气中的应用条件,对金属氧化物吸附剂的研究做了总结、建议及展望,为烟气中单质汞的污染控制提供新的思路和方法。
Preparation,performance index and application prospect of metal oxides for mercury removal
Elemental mercury in flue gas is extremely difficult to dissolve in water and has high volatility,which is difficult to be removed by existing equipment,which is also the main factor causing environmental pollution.Metal oxide adsorption method is one of the most widely used methods to control the elemental mercury emission from coal-fired flue gas.The development of adsorbents with low cost,high efficiency and cleanliness is a research hotspot.The research status and progress of metal oxide mercury removal adsorbents were reviewed.The types and mechanism of common metal oxide mercury removal adsorbents were comprehensively described.The traditional preparation methods and innovative methods of metal oxide adsorbents were sorted out.The adsorption performance indexes of metal oxide mercury removal adsorbents were proposed and statistically compared.The application conditions of metal oxide mercury removal adsorbents in coal-fired flue gas were analyzed.The research of metal oxide adsorbents was summarized,suggested and prospected,which provides new ideas and methods for the pollution control of elemental mercury in flue gas.
