基于熵权TOPSIS模型的南京市水资源承载力评价研究

基于水资源、经济、社会与生态环境 4个维度,构建包含 16个指标的水资源承载力评价体系,采用熵权与TOPSIS模型相结合的方法对南京市 2012-2022年的水资源承载能力展开综合分析,同时借用障碍度函数模型客观诊断其主要阻碍因子。结果表明:2012-2022年,南京市水资源承载力整体呈上升态势,由 0。285 6提升至 0。586 8,总体处于"中等"等级;各子系统对水资源承载力综合评价值的贡献逐年上升,其中人均水资源量、第三产业比重、城镇化率和建成区绿化覆盖率为主要影响指标;南京市水资源承载力主要障碍因子集中在生态子系统和社会子系统。未来发展中,南京市应优化城市功能梯度、构建内涵式用水体系、重视循环经济,以提高用水效率,实现社会经济与水资源系统的健康均衡发展。
Evaluation of water resources carrying capacity of Nanjing based on entropy weight and TOPSIS model
Based on the 4 dimensions of water resources,economy,society and ecological environment,an evaluation system of water resources carrying capacity with 16 indicators was constructed.The method of combining entropy weight and TOPSIS model was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the water resources carrying capacity of Nanjing from 2012 to 2022.At the same time,the obstacle degree function model was used to objectively diagnose the main obstacle factors.The results showed that the water resources carrying capacity in Nanjing exhibited an overall upward trend from 2012 to 2022,increasing from 0.2856 to 0.5868,and reaching a"moderate"level overall.The contributions of each subsystem to the comprehensive evaluation values increased year by year,with per capita water resources,the proportion of the tertiary industry,urbanization rate,and green coverage rate in built-up areas were the main influencing indicators.The main obstacles to the water resources carrying capacity in Nanjing were concentrated in the ecological subsystem and social subsystem.In the future development,Nanjing should optimize the urban functional gradient,build a connotative water use system,and pay attention to the circular economy in order to improve water use efficiency and achieve a healthy balance between socio-economic development and the water resources system.
