The distribution characteristics and influencing factors of plankton community in spring——Taking Chihu Lake in Jiujiang as an example
Chihu Lake is the fifth largest natural lake in Jiangxi Province.Studying the distribution characteristics of plankton can provide a basis for scientific management of the lake.In March 2022,10 sampling points were set up in Chihu Lake to explore the distribution characteristics of plankton and the impact of environmental factors on it.A total of 64 species(genus)of phytoplankton were identified, with an average density of 37.28×105 cells/L and an average biomass of 2.102 mg/L.The dominance of Melosira granulata var.angustissima was higher, accounting for 32.8%.A total of 20 species of zooplankton were identified, with an average density of 257.908 ind./L and an average biomass of 1.033 mg/L(the dominance of Polyarthra trigla was higher, accounting for 24.8%).The results of RDA and Person correlation analysis showed that the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton communities were TN and NH3-N,which were significantly correlated(p<0.05).Rotifers and copepods were positively correlated with TP,TN,CODMn and NH3-N,while dendritic animals were negatively correlated with NH3-N and CODMn,but none of them showed significant effects.
