春季浮游生物群落分布特征及其影响因子分析——以九江市赤湖为例

赤湖是江西省第五大天然湖泊,研究其浮游生物分布特征能够为湖泊科学管理提供依据。2022年 3月在赤湖设置 10个采样点位,探究浮游生物分布特征及环境因子对其影响。共鉴定浮游植物 9门 64种(属),平均密度37。28×105 个/L、平均生物量 2。102 mg/L,颗粒直链藻极狭变种(Melosira granulata var。angustissima)优势度较高,为32。8%;共采集到浮游动物 3类 20种,平均密度 257。908 ind。/L,平均生物量 1。033 mg/L(针簇多肢轮虫优势度较高,为24。8%)。冗余分析(RDA)和Person相关性分析结果显示,影响浮游植物群落分布的主要环境因子为总氮和氨氮,两者呈显著相关关系(p<0。05);浮游动物中轮虫类、桡足类与TP、TN、CODMn(、NH3-N均呈正相关,枝角类与NH3-N、CODMn呈负相关,但均未表现出显著影响。
The distribution characteristics and influencing factors of plankton community in spring——Taking Chihu Lake in Jiujiang as an example
Chihu Lake is the fifth largest natural lake in Jiangxi Province.Studying the distribution characteristics of plankton can provide a basis for scientific management of the lake.In March 2022,10 sampling points were set up in Chihu Lake to explore the distribution characteristics of plankton and the impact of environmental factors on it.A total of 64 species(genus)of phytoplankton were identified,with an average density of 37.28×105 cells/L and an average biomass of 2.102 mg/L.The dominance of Melosira granulata var.angustissima was higher,accounting for 32.8%.A total of 20 species of zooplankton were identified,with an average density of 257.908 ind./L and an average biomass of 1.033 mg/L(the dominance of Polyarthra trigla was higher,accounting for 24.8%).The results of RDA and Person correlation analysis showed that the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton communities were TN and NH3-N,which were significantly correlated(p<0.05).Rotifers and copepods were positively correlated with TP,TN,CODMn and NH3-N,while dendritic animals were negatively correlated with NH3-N and CODMn,but none of them showed significant effects.
