Ttemporal variation of heavy metal content in moss and its environmental indicator role——Taking Miquan Haxionggou Forest Park in Xinjiang as an example
Atmospheric heavy metal contaminations is posing a serious threat to environmental and human health. To select suitable moss monitoring species,ICP-MS method was used to determine the content of 6 heavy metals, including chromium(Cr),manganese(Mn),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),cadmium(Cd)and lead(Pb)in three species of moss were collected different year and comparative analysis of the heavy metal enrichment ability of different moss species. The results shows that,3 moss species had strong accumulation ability for all heavy metals, among which Cd had the strongest enrichment ability at 2.35,and the enrichment ranges for Cr,Mn,Cu,Zn,and Pb were 1.03,1.25,1.81,1.39,and 1.54 mg/kg,respectively.Most elements showed a constant and linear accumulation trend. The enrichment coefficient analysis showed that the enrichment coefficient was the highest, followed by Orthotrichum anomalum Hedw.and Abietinella abietina(Hedw.)M.Fleisch.The correlation analysis results of heavy metal elements showed that the sources of heavy metals were relatively complex.
