CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF INDICES SYSTEM OF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF COMPULSORY CLEANER PRODUCTION AUDIT
An innovative indices system with hierarchical structure for the performance assessment of compulsory cleaner production audit was presented that integrated the completion rates, benefits on economy, resource and environment.The indicators at indicator layer were weighted by variation coefficient method, and equal weights were used at rule hierarchy.The indices system was used to assess the performance of compulsory cleaner production audit of Sichuan Province in 2012.The results indicated that the compulsory cleaner production audit brought benefits to Sichuan Province, but varied in different regions because of various performance on completion rates and benefits developing.The indices system was applied feasible, simple and practical to assess the performance of compulsory cleaner production audit.
