脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)技术广泛应用于表贴式永磁电机(surface permanent mag-net synchronous motor,SPMSM)控制,而在PWM电流激励下永磁体内涡流损耗较大.为快速、准确获取涡流损耗,基于电机磁场沿轴向近似均匀分布特性,提出了 一种PWM激励下永磁体内涡流损耗有限元(finite element method,FEM)简化计算方法.首先,以3台永磁体轴向分段数目不同的SPMSM为研究对象,对比同工况下简化方法、2D FEM、3D FEM涡流损耗计算结果,结果表明简化方法与3D FEM计算结果误差小于3%,而计算时间远小于3D FEM;然后,基于涡流损耗随永磁体轴向分段增大而减小的特点,通过不同永磁体轴向分段数目的SPMSM,在堵转工况下分离永磁体涡流损耗,验证了简化方法计算有效性;最后,通过实测电机各相电阻计算电机直流铜耗,对实测涡流损耗差值进行修正,进一步验证了简化方法的准确性.
Comparative study on FEM of eddy current loss excitation of SPMSM
Pulse width modulation(PWM)technology is widely used in the control of surface perma-nent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM).However,there is a large amount of eddy current loss in permanent magnet under PWM excitation.A simplified finite element method(FEM)was proposed to obtain the above eddy current loss efficiently and accurately.Firstly,taking three permanent magnets with different number of axial segments as the research object,the eddy current loss calculation re-sults of the simplified method,2D FEM and 3D FEM under the same working condition were com-pared.The results show that the error between the simplified method and 3D FEM is less than 3%,and the calculation time is much less than 3D FEM.Secondly,based on the characteristics that eddy current loss decreases with the increase of axial segment of permanent magnet,SPMSM with different number of axial segment of permanent magnet was used to separate eddy current loss under the condi-tion of blocked rotation,and the calculation validity of simplified method was verified.Finally,the copper loss of the motor was calculated by measuring the resistance of motor,and the eddy current loss difference was corrected to further verify the accuracy of the simplified method.
