Analysis of structural stability for composite hat-stiffened plane under in-plane compression loads
In order to explore the stability issues of composite hat-stiffened plane, firstly, according to the layered plate theory and equivalent stiffness method, the characteristic equation of local instability for composite hat-stiffened plane subject to in-plane compression load was derived by analyzing the boundary conditions. And then,an example was given for numerical calculation, whereby the influence of structural parameters on the critical load and buckling mode of stiffened plates was analyzed quantita-tively.Finally,in combination with the calculation example, the corresponding test analysis was car-ried out,and the test results were in good agreement with the calculation results.Analysis shows that local buckling of stiffened plates is preferentially occurred under in-plane compression loads, and that the overall failure of the structure can be effectively avoided by reasonable design of the hap stiffener. The research results have a certain theoretical reference value for the application of engineering struc-ture design.
