Early warning against financial risk of military infrastructure based on neural network
Aiming at innovating the model of military financial management,promoting the construc-tion of financial supervision so as to prevent the military financial risk,the military infrastructure was taken as the research object,trying to apply the neural network model to early warning against finan-cial risk of military infrastructure.By referring to the civil capital construction financial risk early warning index and Interim Provisions on Military Budget Performance Management,the military in-frastructure financial risk early warning index system was established.Principal component analysis method was used to screen the index system,and neural network model was used to train and test the relevant index data.The judgment accuracy is up to 98.82%and 94.29%respectively,with good sen-sitivity.It indicates that the warning model based on neural network model performs fairly well as ex-pected.
