超大型船用升降机振动故障分析与防范

针对某超大型船用升降机发生的振动故障,分析了故障产生机理,基于理论力学、工程热力学、能量守恒等理论建立了动力学仿真模型,计算了液压系统进气对升降机振动的定量影响.结果表明:升降机振动幅度与系统进气量成正比,而防范此类故障发生的关键是在潜在的进气线路上按照防漏气、防进气、勤排气的总体思路制定措施、层层设防.该研究结果可为后续同类设备的研发与使用提供借鉴.
Fault analysis and precaution of ultra large ship's elevator vibration
In response to the vibration fault of a super large marine elevator,the mechanism of the fault was analyzed.A dynamic simulation model was established based on theories such as theoretical mechanics,engineering thermodynamics,and energy conservation.The quantitative impact of hydrau-lic system intake on elevator vibration was calculated.The results show that the vibration amplitude of the elevator is proportional to the system intake volume.The key to preventing such faults is to follow the principle of preventing air leakage and intake and discharging air frequently on the potential intake line.The research results of this article can serve as reference for the development and use of similar devices in the future.
