摘要

在永磁同步电机的设计工作中,磁场解析计算是一项十分重要的工作.为此,针对表贴式直线电机永磁体的磁场开展了解析建模工作.首先,将伪周期法与精确子域法相结合,求解出了在特定伪周期下的永磁体虚拟阵列的磁场分布解析式;其次,使伪周期趋近无穷,利用傅里叶级数与傅里叶变换之间的对应关系,求得单个永磁体的磁场分布解析式,并借助有限元方法仿真验证了其准确性;再次,利用永磁体的磁场分布解析式,推导了一类表贴式直线电机的永磁体阵列的磁场分布解析式,实现了对于表贴式直线电机磁场的精确刻画;最后,利用有限元方法仿真验证了准确性.

Abstract

In the design of permanent magnet synchronous motors,magnetic field analysis and calcu-lation is a very important task.The magnetic field modeling of permanent magnets in surface mounted linear motors has been studied.Firstly,by combining the pseudo period method with the precise sub-domain method,the analytical expression for the magnetic field distribution of the virtual array of permanent magnets under specific pseudo periods was solved.Then,by rendering the pseudo period-virtually infinite,and using the corresponding relationship between Fourier series and Fourier trans-form,the analytical formula of the magnetic field distribution of a single permanent magnetis ob-tained,and its accuracy was verified by using the finite element method simulation.Furthermore,by using the analytical expression for the magnetic field distribution of permanent magnets,the magnetic field distribution of a type of surface mounted linear motor's permanent magnet array analytical ex-pression was derived,achieving accurate characterization of the magnetic field of the surface mounted linear motor.Finally,the accuracy was verified through finite element simulation.
