以超高速制导弹使用环境和需求为牵引,设计了一款超高速制导弹专用的一体化卫星导航系统.该系统采用一体化设计,接收机和天线之间、接收机和控制系统之间均采用接插件连接;接收机内部使用屏蔽隔腔,分别放置接收机板和低噪声放大器板,减少复杂电磁环境影响;使用聚氨酯发泡对接收机内外进行灌封,减少热传导和冲击过载;天线罩选用耐高温聚酰亚胺/石英玻璃布材质,阵子采用铁质贴片;采用迭代搜索范围校正的方法缩小多普勒搜索范围,提高多普勒频偏捕获概率.对一体化卫星导航系统的仿真和测试表明,该系统满足使用要求,有很强的拓展性和实用性.
Design of an integrated satellite navigation system for guided hypervelocity projectile
An integrated satellite navigation system for guided hypervelocity projectile was designed based on the operating environment and requirements of guided hypervelocity projectile.The integra-ted satellite navigation system was designed in an integrated way.The Connectors were used for con-nection between receiver and antenna and between receiver and control system.The receiver board and low-noise amplifier board were placed inside.The receiver used shielded compartments to reduce the impact of complex electromagnetic environment.The receiver was embedded with polyurethane foam which could effectively alleviate high temperature and impact overload.The radome was made of high temperature resistant polyimide/quartz glass cloth.The antenna array was covered with iron patches.The iterative search range correction method was used to reduce the Doppler search range,which im-proved the acquisition probability of Doppler frequency offset.Simulation and test of the system indi-cate that the system meets the deploying requirements and has strong expansibility and practicability.
