基于填充法的水下超空泡航行体带泡侵彻靶板数值模拟

摘要
针对超空泡航行体水下带泡侵彻靶板问题,首先采用填充法模拟空泡,建立了固-液-气三相耦合计算模型;然后,使用LS-DYNA进行了数值模拟,得到了侵彻过程中空泡的演化规律,验证了填充法模拟空泡的正确性;最后,重点分析了空泡溃灭对航行体和靶板的影响以及有无空泡对侵彻结果的影响.结果表明:空泡溃灭会导致航行体减速幅度降低近75%;相较带泡状态,不带泡状态下侵彻部位所受应力高出20%,航行体末速度高出7%,超空泡航行体侵彻问题中考虑带泡状态具有一定必要性.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of submerged supercavitation vehicle with cavitation penetrating the target plate,the filling method was used firstly to simulate the cavitation,and the solid-liquid-gas three-phase coupling calculation model was established.And then,the LS-DYNA was used for nume-rical simulation,and the changing process of the cavitation during the penetration process was ob-tained,and thus the correctness of the filling method for simulating the cavitation was verified.The effect of cavitation collapse on vehicle and target plate and the effect of cavitation on penetration re-sults were analyzed lastly.The results show that cavitation collapse can reduce the velocity of vehicle deceleration by nearly 75%.Compared with the state with cavitation,the stress on the penetration site is 20%higher and the final velocity of the vehicle is 7%higher in the state without cavitation.It is therefore necessary to consider the state with cavitation in the problem of supercavitation vehicle penetration.
