Optimization design method for conveyor chain transmission mechanism considering fit clearance
It order to improve the position accuracy of the conveyor chain transmission mechanism,the transmission error of the conveyor chain transmission mechanism was modeled and analyzed,and the influence law of sprocket-chain fit clearance on the maximum total transmission error was ob-tained,and the correctness of the model and analysis was verified by experiments.Considering the randomness of size error and fit clearance in the manufacturing process of mechanism parts,the Monte Carlo multi-parameter particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed to optimize and de-sign fit clearance and predict the maximum total transmission error.The proposed method was veri-fied by the optimization design of the conveyor chain transmission mechanism.The results show that the maximum total transmission error after the optimization design of the method is 28.923%less than that before optimization,which can improve the position accuracy of the conveyor chain trans-mission mechanism,and can provide the effective method for the design of other multi clearance transmission mechanisms and the prediction of the maximum total transmission error.
