圆筒型永磁直线电机电磁振动特性研究

为了研究圆筒形直线电机的电磁振动特性,通过建立考虑电磁力空间分布的圆筒型永磁直线电机电磁振动解析模型,对该型电机的振动机理进行了研究.首先,基于Love壳体理论推导了电机简化壳体的模态参数;然后,结合圆筒永磁直线电机特有的轴向简谐分布、周向均匀分布电磁力,基于模态叠加法计算了电机简化壳体电磁振动,解析计算结果与有限元仿真值吻合较好;最后,利用所建立的解析模型分析发现,圆筒型直线电机电磁振动由径向呼吸模态决定,改变变频器的开关频率降低了电机的高频电磁振动幅值,相关理论分析和计算结果通过样机试验得到了验证.
Electromagnetic vibration characteristics of cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor
In order to explore the electromagnetic vibration characteristics of cylindrical linear motors,the vibration characteristics of a cylindrical linear motor were studied by establishing an analytical model of electromagnetic vibration that considers the spatial distribution of electromagnetic force.Firstly,the modal parameters of the simplified motor shell were derived based on the Love shell theory.Secondly,combined with the unique axial harmonic distribution and circumferential uniform distribu-tion of electromagnetic force of cylindrical permanent magnet linear motors,the simplified shell electromagnetic vibration of the motor was calculated based on the modal superposition method.The analytical calculation results were in good agreement with the finite element simulation values.Final-ly,using the proposed developed,analytical model the analysis reveals that the electromagnetic vibra-tion of cylindrical linear motors was determined by the radial breathing mode,and the high-frequency electromagnetic vibration amplitude of the motor was reduced by changing the switching frequency of the frequency converter.The relevant theoretical analysis and calculation results were verified through prototype experiments.
