加捻工艺对隔振器用芳纶纤维力学性能影响规律

针对隔振器用芳纶纤维材料力学性能提升需求,分析了 1500D对位芳纶纤维为基础的加捻线制品浸胶前后的力学性能和疲劳性,研究了捻度对芳纶纤维力学性能的影响规律.以兼顾高断裂强力、低断裂伸长率以及高断裂强力保持率为原则,获取了针对1500D 1×3浸胶帘线产品初捻和复捻的最优化捻度参数,为各类隔振器件中的芳纶材料力学性能增强工艺提供了技术支撑.
Influence of twisting process on mechanical properties of aramid fiber for vibration isolator
With the intention of improving the mechanical properties of aramid fiber materials for vi-bration isolators,the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of twisted wire products based on 1500D para-aramid fiber before and after soaking were analyzed,and the influence of twist number on the mechanical properties of aramid fiber was studied.Based on the principle of taking into account high breaking force,low elongation at break as well as high retention rate after breaking,the optimal twist parameters for the initial twisting and re-twisting of 1500D 1X3 soaking filament was obtained.This study provides technical support for the enhancement of the mechanical properties of aramid ma-terials for various vibration isolation devices.
