轴承不对中船舶推进轴系回旋振动特性研究

由于船体变形等因素导致船舶推进轴系轴承不对中,以此展开分析,将轴系看作连续梁,螺旋桨视为刚性圆盘建立了轴系回旋振动的解析模型,同时结合计算分析和试验研究了轴承不对中对回旋振动的影响.研究结果表明:仅轴承变位本身对回旋振动的影响比较小,而实际中轴承变位引起的轴心轨迹的剧烈变化可能与轴与轴承接触状态变化引起的轴承刚度变化有关.该研究结果为进一步探索不对中船舶推进轴系回旋振动特性研究具有指导意义.
Dynamic analysis for whirling vibration of ship propulsion system with bearing misalignment
Due to factors such as hull deformation,the bearings of the ship's propulsion shafting were misaligned.The shafting was regarded as a continuous beam and the propeller as a rigid disk.An ana-lytical model of the shaftings whirling vibration was established.At the same time,the influence of bearing misalignment on whirling vibration was studied through computational analysis and experi-ments.The research results show that only the bearing displacement itself has a relatively small im-pact on whirling vibration.In practice,the drastic change in the axis trajectory caused by bearing dis-placement may be related to the change in bearing stiffness caused by the change in the contact state between the shaft and the bearing.This conclusion is significant in that it may provide guidance for further exploring the whirling vibration characteristics of misaligned ship propulsion shafting.
