可变直径旋翼直升机飞行性能及操纵策略

可变直径旋翼作为旋翼变体技术的重要组成部分,能够有效解决旋翼自适应工作在高性能状态下的需求.为获得可变直径旋翼对直升机飞行性能的影响,首先,建立了一套直升机全机飞行力学模型,并开展可变直径旋翼对直升机垂直和水平飞行性能的影响分析,结果表明:通过增加旋翼直径可以有效提高垂直爬升率、实用悬停升限和悬停效率,缩短旋翼直径则能增加航时、航程和最大前飞速度.然后,给出了一套需用功率计算方法,分析了可变直径旋翼直升机不同飞行状态的需用功率变化规律.最后,根据需用功率最小原则并考虑操纵复杂度,制定了一套直升机旋翼变直径操纵策略.
Flight Performance and Manipulation Strategy of Variable Diameter Rotor Helicopter
As an important part of the rotor morphing technology,the variable diameter rotor can effectively meet the re-quirement for the rotor to adaptively work in a high-performance state.In order to obtain the impact of variable diameter rotors on the helicopter flight performance,firstly,a typical helicopter flight dynamic model is established,and the impact of variable diameter on the helicopter vertical and horizontal flight performance is studied.The results show that increas-ing the rotor diameter can effectively improve the vertical climb rate,practical hovering ceiling and hovering efficiency,while decreasing the rotor diameter can increase the flight time,range and maximum forward flight speed.Then,a set of required power calculation methods is given,and the change rules of required power of variable-diameter-rotor helicop-ters are analyzed in different flight states.Finally,a variable-diameter rotor manipulation strategy is proposed based on the minimum consumption of required power and lower control complexity.
