为了研究非定心挤压油膜阻尼器(Squeeze Film Damper,SFD)的阻尼特性,为进一步优化SFD提供设计参考依据,开展非定心SFD的动力学试验,将供油压力与供油孔作为试验变量,基于多功能高速转子试验台,对小型具有不同不平衡量的转子开展SFD阻尼特性研究,分别考察在不同不平衡量、不同供油压力与供油孔数下转子不同位置临界转速与基频振动的变化,试验结果表明:通过改变不平衡量、供油压力与供油孔,转子的响应也会随之改变,对于具有大不平衡量的转子,供油压力在0.35 MPa、供油孔为均布6孔时,SFD具有较好的阻尼特性,同比所作试验该工况下转子的基频振动幅值最小.
Experiment on Dynamic Characteristics of Squeeze Film Dampers
In order to study the damping characteristics of the non-centering squeezed film damper(SFD),and to provide a design reference for further optimization of the SFD,the dynamics test of the non-centering SFD is carried out,and the oil supply pressure and holes are taken as the test variables.Based on the multifunctional high-speed rotor test bench,the damping characteristics of the SFD are studied on small rotors with different degrees of unevenness,and the changes of critical speed and fundamental frequency vibration are investigated under the different degree of unevenness,oil supply pressure and number of holes,and the test results show that the rotor response will be changed by changing the degree of unevenness,oil supply pressure and holes.The test results show that:by changing the amount of unevenness,oil supply pressure and oil supply holes,the response of the rotor will also be changed,for the rotor with a large amount of uneven-ness,the oil supply pressure is 0.35 Mpa,the oil supply holes for the uniform 6-hole SFD has a better damping character-istics,year-on-year test of the conditions of the rotor's fundamental frequency vibration The amplitude is minimized.
