摘要

以现场技术大比武形式组织废气中氮氧化物的测定能力验证,采用经数据换算的迭代稳健z比分数法进行数据统计,结合全覆盖的现场技术核查,发现参加机构出现的偶然性差错,同时通过统计分析,发现各家机构存在的共性问题.参加机构可从能力验证的反馈中了解自身和其他机构存在的技术问题,有助于增强专业技术人员的能力,从而促进行业整体水平的提升.

Abstract

The proficiency testing to determine nitrogen oxide in exhaust gas was organized in the way of field technical competition.The iterative robust z-ratio method after data conversion was adopted for data statistics.Combined with the full coverage of on-site technical verification,the accidental errors of participating institutions were found and the common problems existed in various institutions were revealed through statistical analysis.This work helps agencies identify their own problems and understand the technical problems of other institutions from the technical feedback of the organization,so as to enhance the ability of technical personnel and promote the improvement of the technical ability of the industry.
