摘要
生态系统多样性是维持生物多样性最重要的基础.结合当前江苏省自然生态保护的发展趋势,从生态系统本质特点和江苏自然生态、资源环境等省情出发,系统梳理江苏生态系统多样性的显著特征,重点分析当前生态系统保护修复中存在的生态空间挤占、生态破碎化、生态破坏加剧、监管滞后等突出问题,梳理提出要保持生态系统原真性、恢复受损生态系统、构建友好示范模式、实施一体化保护修复和强化生态系统统一监管等政策措施,以期为新时期自然生态高水平保护提供决策参考.
Abstract
Ecosystem diversity is the most important basis for maintaining biodiversity.Based on the current development trend of natural ecological protection in Jiangsu Province,this paper systematically sorted out the significant characteristics of Jiangsu's ecosystem diversity from the essential characteristics of the ecosystem and the provincial conditions of Jiangsu's natural ecology,resources and environment,and focused on analyzing the prominent problems existing in the current ecosystem protection and restoration,such as ecological space crowding,ecological fragmentation,ecological damage intensification,and lagging supervision and management.Policies and measures such as maintaining the authenticity of the ecosystem,restoring the damaged ecosystem,building a friendly demonstration model,unified supervision of the ecosystem,implementing integrated protection and restoration,and strengthening the unified supervision of the ecosystem are proposed,in order to provide decision-making reference for the high-level protection of natural ecology in the new era.
