抗砷微生物在治理环境砷污染中的研究进展

Recent Research Progress of Arsenic Polluted Environment Treatment by Arsenic-resistant Microorganisms

砷在自然界中的分布非常广泛,引起的砷污染对人类的健康和生存构成了严重的危害.砷在地球化学循环中具有不同的存在形态,砷的毒性与其存在形态紧密相关.砷污染的治理方法较多,有物理吸附、离子交换、化学反应等,但治理效果较差,效率低下.近年来抗砷微生物的提出,为降低或移除砷的毒性提供了更具有应用前景的科学思路.为进一步探讨抗砷微生物在砷污染环境中的应用前景,该文就生态环境中的砷污染现状、抗砷微生物的分类与转化机制、抗砷微生物在环境治理中的应用及研究展望进行了相关综述.
Arsenic is ubiquitous in the environnent,arsenic contamination emerges as one of the environmental problems due to its high threat of human health and survival.Arsenic speciation in different geochemical cycle,arsenic toxicity is closely related to its existing form.The treatment methods of arsenic pollution have physical adsorption,ion exchange,chemical reactions,and so on,but the governance effect is poor and inefficient.In recent years,arsenic-resistant microorganisms had presented and which will be beneficial for remediation of arsenic pollution.In order to explore the prospects of the arsenic-resistant microorganisms in arsenic-contaminated environment,current advances in the status of arsenic contamination of ecological environment,and the classification and transformation mechanism of arsenic-resistant microorganisms were reviewed.Finally the applications and outlook of arsenic-resistant microorganisms for environmental governance were discussed as well.
