The Remediation Effects of Different Biological Remediation Combinations on Oil Pollution
This study explored the removal effect of different bioremediation combinations on soil oil pollution,through indoor experiment,the degradation rate of total petroleum hydrocarbon(TPH)and the main composition of n-alkane and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were analyzed.It resulted that S.heteropteran Kitag(S)showed a certain ability to remedi-ate oil pollution,but the degradation rates of TPH in combination groups were increased by 12.71%and 26.85%for S.heterop-tera Kitag and oil-degrading bacteria and S.heteropteran Kitag,P.aibuhitensis and oil-degrading bacteria(SBN),respective-ly.It indicated that combined bioremediation can better promote the degradation of TPH.The degradation rates of each compo-nent in n-alkanes and PAHs was higher in SBN treatment than those in other combination groups.Further,SBN group showed high degradation rate to alkanes and aromatics with high carbon atoms.The combined remediation of multiple organ-isms exhibited good remediation ability which could provide insight for oil pollution remediation in coast region.
