国家中心城市建筑业碳排放效率及影响研究

国家中心城市是中国城镇体系的最高层级,研究其建筑业碳排放效率对于高质量实现双碳目标具有重要的现实意义。该文首先基于超效率SBM模型研究得出国家中心城市建筑业碳排放效率总体偏低,需致力于提升碳排放水平;然后基于GML指数模型研究得出碳排放效率受技术效率变化影响较大,虽然"十三五"期间得到平稳提升,但粗放型发展的负面影响仍比较明显;继而采用相关性分析、随机森林和Tobit模型研究得出碳排放效率受城市化、经济和建筑业发展、建筑企业资本水平和建筑业能源强度、产业结构等因素影响,粗放型发展会对碳排放效率造成冲击,建筑业供给侧结构性改革有利于碳排放效率的提升;最后从城市层面、影响因素应对方面提出提升能源消费利用效率、优化能源消费结构等建议。
Research on Carbon Emission Efficiency and Impact of Construction Industry in National Central Cities
National central cities are at the highest level of China's urban system,and studying their carbon emission efficien-cy in the construction industry is of great practical significance for achieving high-quality goals of peak carbon dioxide emis-sions and carbon neutrality.Firstly,based on super efficiency SBM model,it concluded that the overall carbon emission effi-ciency of the construction industry in national central cities was relatively low,and efforts needed to be made to improve car-bon emissions levels.Then,based on GML index model,it was found that the overall carbon emission efficiency was greatly affected by changes in technological efficiency,and had been steadily improved during the 13th Five Year Plan period.How-ever,the negative impact of extensive development was still rather obvious.Following that,correlation analysis,random forest model,and Tobit model were used to reach a conclusion that carbon emission efficiency was influenced by factors including urbanization,economic development,construction industry development,capital level of construction enterprises,energy in-tensity of the construction industry,and industrial structure,and that extensive development would bring a negative impact on carbon emission efficiency while the supply side structural reform of the construction industry would be beneficial to boosting carbon emission efficiency.Finally,countermeasures were suggested including improving the efficiency of energy consump-tion and optimizing the structure of energy consumption in terms of regions,cities,and factors.
