微囊藻毒素去除技术研究现状及进展

蓝藻水华造成的最主要危害之一是产生和释放微囊藻毒素(MCs),其会直接危害到水环境和人类健康,因此选用切实可行的MCs去除新技术对于富营养化水体的治理至关重要。文章从物理方法、化学方法、生物方法以及组合方法综述了目前国内外MCs的去除方法的研究现状及进展,主要包括吸附、膜滤、氧化剂氧化、光化学氧化、光催化、生物降解、吸附和光催化、吸附和生物降解组合等工艺。并在此基础上从4个方面提出未来MCs去除技术的发展方向:对蓝藻水华暴发机制进行详细研究,研究MCs更加详细的去除机理,对MCs的降解产物进行进一步毒性研究,以及开发天然可生物降解且易于从水中分离和回收的吸附材料。希望能为今后蓝藻水华污染修复,特别是消除MCs对水环境以及人类的影响提供参考。
Recent Progress on Removal Technology of Microcystins
One of the most important hazards caused by cyanobacteria bloom is the production and release of microcystins(MCs),which can directly harm the water environment and human health.Therefore,it is very important to select feasible new technology to remove MCs for the treatment of eutrophic water.The research status and progress of MCs removal methods at home and abroad were reviewed from physical methods,chemical methods,biological methods and combination methods.It mainly includes adsorption,membrane filtration,oxidizer oxidation,photochemical oxidation,photocatalysis,biodegradation,adsorption and photocatalytic oxidation,adsorption and biodegradation combined processes.On this basis,the development di-rection of MCs removal technology in the future is proposed from four aspects:conducting detailed research on the mecha-nism of cyanobacteria bloom outbreak,studying the removal mechanism of MCs in more detail,conducting further toxicity re-search on the degradation products of MCs,and developing a new high-efficiency,low-cost and environmentally friendly MCs removal technology.It is hoped to provide reference for the remediation of cyanobacteria bloom pollution,especially to eliminate the impact of MCs on water environment and human beings.
