摘要

文章将废弃羽毛通过微生物发酵制备出氨基酸发酵液,考察其对厨余垃圾堆肥的影响.结果发现,氨基酸发酵液的添加,提高了厨余垃圾堆肥腐熟化过程和减重的效果,可有效提高堆肥中碱解氮和速效磷含量,同时微生物的活性有所提升,其中蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活性分别提升21.29%、36.42%、43.83%、11.16%.氨基酸发酵液的加入使得菌群互作关系复杂度加大,并改变了菌群结构,芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella)的相对丰度提高.其中种子发芽指数、质量消解率、胡敏酸、淀粉酶对菌落呈现正相关关系,腐殖质、纤维素酶、速效磷对菌落结构呈现负相关关系.研究可为今后利用废弃蛋白质资源来协同厨余垃圾好氧堆肥提供新的思路.

Abstract

Amino acid fermentation liquid was prepared from waste feathers by microbial fermentation,and the influence of composting of kitchen waste was investigated.The results showed that the addition of amino acid fermentation liquid could improve the decomposition process and weight reduction effect of kitchen waste compost,and could effectively increase the content of alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen and available phosphorus in compost,and improved the activity of microorganisms,among which the activities of protease,amylase,cellulase and lipase increased by 21.29%,36.42%,43.83%and 11.16%,respectively.The addition of amino acid fermentation broth increased the complexity of bacterial community interaction and changed the structure of bacterial community,and the relative abundance of Bacillus and Klebsiella increased.GI,mass digestion rate,HA and amylase were positively correlated with colony structure,while HS,cellulase and available phosphorus were negatively correlated with colony structure.The study provides a new idea for using waste protein resources to cooperate with aerobic composting of kitchen waste in the future.
