镉、锌、铅交互对水稻幼苗蓄积镉、锌、铅的影响

镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)、铅(Pb)总是伴生存在于矿区土壤中,有关Cd-Zn、Cd-Pb、Pb-Zn等交互作用对植物生长及金属元素在植物体内蓄积的影响已被频繁报道,然而,关于Pb、Zn、Cd交互作用对植物生长及金属元素在植物体内蓄积的影响却鲜见报道。为此,该研究以水稻为研究对象,通过3×3×3因子的正交实验,探究Pb、Zn、Cd交互作用对水稻生长及金属元素在植物体内蓄积的影响。结果表明:单独的Cd胁迫明显抑制了水稻根的伸长,单独的Zn处理使水稻生物量增加。100。4 μmol/L Zn处理缓解了Cd对水稻幼苗根伸长的抑制作用,Cd-100 µmol/L Pb和 100 μmol/L Pb-10。4 μmol/L Zn促进根伸长,而100 μmol/L Pb-100。4 µmol/L Zn抑制根伸长。水稻幼苗中Cd、Zn、Pb含量分别随营养液中Cd、Zn、Pb浓度增加而增加,Cd-Zn对根部Cd蓄积表现为拮抗作用,而对地上部Cd蓄积却有显著的协同作用。1 μmol/L Cd-10 µmol/L Pb对根部Pb蓄积具有协同作用,10 µmol/L Cd-10 µmol/L Pb对Cd蓄积具有协同作用,而10μmol/L Cd-100 μmol/L Pb对Cd蓄积具有拮抗作用。Pb-Zn对水稻Pb积累具有协同作用,而对Zn积累具有拮抗作用。Cd-Pb-Zn共同处理下,Pb-Cd协同抑制地上部Zn积累,Cd-Pb-Zn协同促进了水稻幼苗根部Pb积累。
Interactive Effect of Cadmiun,Zinc and Lead on Cadmiun,Zinc and Lead Accumulation in the Rice
Cadmium(Cd),zinc(Zn)and lead(Pb)always exist in the soil of their mining area.The effects of the interactions of Cd-Zn,Cd-Pb and Pb-Zn on plant growth and accumulation of metal elements in plants have been frequently reported.However,the interactive effects of Pb,Zn and Cd on plant growth and metal elements accumulation in plants is still unclear.Hence,we explored the interactive effects of Pb,Zn and Cd on rice growth and metal elements accumulation in plants through 3×3×3 factorial design with Cd,Zn,and Pb levels.The findings revealed that Cd stress sole significantly inhibited rice root elongation,Zn treatment sole increased rice biomass.100.4 μmol/L Zn treatment alleviated the inhibitory effect of Cd on root elongation of rice seedling.Cd-100 µmol/L Pb and 100 µmol/L Pb-10.4 μmol/L Zn promoted root elongation,while 100μmol/L Pb-100.4 μmol/L Zn inhibited root elongation.The concentrations of Cd,Zn and Pb in rice seedlings increased with the increase of the concentrations of Cd,Zn and Pb in nutrient solution,respectively.Cd-Zn had antagonistic effect on root Cd accumulation,whereas had significant synergistic effect on aboveground Cd accumulation,1 μmol/L Cd-10 µmol/L Pb had synergistic effect on root Pb accumulation,10 μmol/L Cd-10 μmol/L Pb had synergistic effect on Cd accumulation,and 10 μmol/L Cd-100 µmol/L Pb had antagonistic effect on Cd accumulation.Pb-Zn had synergistic effect on Pb accumulation,while had antagonistic effect on Zn accumulation in rice.Pb-Cd synergistically inhibited Zn accumulation in shoot.Cd-Pb-Zn synergistically promoted Pb accumulation in root.
