基于InVEST模型的梁子湖流域水生态系统服务价值评估

特定流域生态系统服务价值核算对提升流域治理体系和治理能力现代化水平具有重要意义。该研究基于2022年各级政府公开与微观调研数据,对梁子湖流域的水生态系统服务价值进行了系统评估。研究区梁子湖流域覆盖了湖北省4个行政区域,运用InVEST模型系统评估研究区的水源供给、土壤保持、水产品生产、休闲娱乐、水质净化、物种保育、调蓄洪水和固碳价值。结果表明:(1)2022年梁子湖流域水生态系统服务价值总价值量为420。11亿元,水源供给、水产品生产、休闲娱乐等直接使用价值为278。63亿元,土壤保持、物种保育、调蓄洪水等间接使用价值为141。48亿元。(2)各服务功能价值的顺序为水源供给(168。01亿元)>固碳(132亿元)>水产品生产(98。42亿元)>休闲娱乐(12。2亿元)>物种保育(5。1亿元)>调蓄洪水(2。77亿元)>水质净化(1。23亿元)>土壤保持(0。38亿元)。(3)梁子湖流域水生态系统服务功能结构失衡,休闲娱乐价值仅占直接使用价值的4。3%,水生态旅游开发存在明显短板。
Service Value of Water Ecosystem in Liangzi Lake Basin:Evaluation Based on InVEST Model
The accounting of ecosystem service value in a specific watershed is of great significance for improving the modernized watershed governance system and management capacity.In this study,based on the open and micro survey data of governments at different levels in 2022,the value of water ecosystem services in Liangzi Lake Basin was systematically evalu-ated.Liangzi Lake Basin covers four administrative regions of Hubei Province,and the InVEST model was used to sys-tematically evaluate the values of water supply,soil conservation,aquatic product production,leisure and recreation,water purification,species conservation,flood regulation and storage,and carbon sequestration in the study area.Consequently,the study showed in 2022,the total value of water ecosystem services was estimated to be 42.011 billion yuan,the direct use val-ue involving water source supply,aquatic product production,and leisure and entertainment was 27.863 billion yuan,while the indirect use value involving soil conservation,species conservation,and flood regulation and storage was 14.148 billion yuan.For the above service functions their values could be arranged in order of decreasing magnitude as water supply(16.801 billion yuan)>carbon sequestration value(13.2 billion yuan)>aquatic product production(9.842 billion yuan)>leisure and recreation(1.22 billion yuan)>species conservation(510 million yuan)>flood regulation and storage(277 million yuan)>water purification(123 million yuan)>soil conservation(38 million yuan),and the structure of water ecosystem services was out of balance,as the leisure and entertainment value only accounted for 4.3%of the direct use value,it appeared that there was a obvious shortcoming in the development of water ecotourism.
