Hydro-chemical Composition and Fluorescence Characteristics of Dissolved Organic Matter in Lijiahe Reservoir Area and Its Inflow Streams
As an important water supply source, reservoirs are faced with water quality problems such as eutrophica-tion and oxygen-consuming organic matter pollution. In view of the pollutants source analyzing of reservoir water is a fundamental basis for precise pollution control and scientific management, the study was conducted using meth-ods of hydro-chemical composition analysis,three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum combined with parallel factor analysis and nitrogen and oxygen stable isotopes combined with Bayesian model, alongside with the Bayesian model to trace DOM(dissolved organic matter)and nitrate. The result showed that fluorescence index FI of water bodies in Lijiahe Reservoir in dry season was higher than in wet season, and the index HIX of DOM in the upstream streams of the reservoir was close to that of sub-surface flow during dry season;it was identified that DOM contained three kinds of humic acid substances and one kind of tryptophan substances in the Reservoir;and according to SIAR mod-elling result,it was showed that soil, fertilizer and litters were the main sources of water pollutants into the Reservoir, and their main contribution rates to DOM and nitrate reached about 68%and 77%,respectively.It is hoped that this study could provide a reference for water environmental protection with precise pollution control measures in the years to come.
