摘要
农村生活污水治理是深入打好污染防治攻坚战的首要任务,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措,对加强农村生态文明建设具有重要意义.文章坚持以乡村振兴战略系列论述为指导,在对黄陂区农村地区实地调研的基础上,指出了当前农村生活污水治理在污水处理设施欠账突出、污水治理管理体系不完善、政策制度保障不到位等方面存在的问题,并提出了强化统筹规划、设施维护和部门协作等针对性的长效运行对策.
Abstract
The treatment of rural domestic sewage is the primary task of in-depth fighting the battle against pollution preven-tion and control,an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and is of great significance to strength-ening the construction of rural ecological civilization.This paper adheres to the series of discussions on the Xi's Rural Revital-ization Strategy as a guide,and on the basis of field research in rural areas of Huangpi District,points out the current problems of rural domestic sewage treatment in terms of outstanding sewage treatment facilities,imperfect sewage treatment manage-ment system and inadequate policy and system guarantee,and puts forward targeted countermeasures for long-term operation such as strengthening integrated planning,facility maintenance and department cooperation.
