摘要
传统的手工监测和监管方式已经不能满足当今环境保护工作的需求,因此,引入在线监测技术成为环境保护工作的重要手段.这项技术使得排污企业能够更全面地了解自身排放污染物的规律,从而制定更有针对性的防治污染措施.同时,环境保护行政主管部门也能够更清晰地掌握地区的污染状况,更有效地开展环境保护监管工作.随着在线监控技术的发展和运用,排污企业履行自身污染防治义务、环境保护行政主管部门开展环境保护工作都越来越依赖于在线监测技术及数据,而在线监测设施因其自身特点,对设施质量、日常运行维护有较高要求.目前运行的在线监测设施在日常运行中面临一些共性问题,需要从提高企业环境保护责任意识、运维服务质量和环境监管效力上入手,保证在线监测设施的正常运行,保证在线监测数据的准确性和有效性.
Abstract
Traditional manual monitoring methods and supervision methods can no longer meet the needs of today's environ-mental protection work.Therefore,the introduction of online monitoring technology has become an important means of envi-ronmental protection.This technology enables sewage enterprises to have a more comprehensive understanding of the pattern of their own pollutant emissions,so that they can formulate more targeted measures to prevent and control pollution.At the same time,the administrative department of environmental protection is also able to more clearly grasp the pollution situation in the region,and more effectively carry out environmental protection supervision.With the development and use of online monitoring technology,sewage enterprises to fulfill their obligations to prevent and control pollution,environmental protec-tion administrative departments to carry out environmental protection work are increasingly dependent on online monitoring technology and data.Online monitoring facilities,because of their own characteristics,have high requirements on the quality of facilities,daily operation and maintenance.Currently operating online monitoring facilities face some common problems in daily operation.People need to start from improving the awareness of corporate environmental protection responsibility,the quality of operation and maintenance services and the effectiveness of environmental supervision,to ensure the normal opera-tion of online monitoring facilities,to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of online monitoring data.
