Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Household Waste Classification and Treatment in Shijiazhuang City
Garbage classification is one of the effective means to protect the environment and reduce the waste of resources.It is also an important embodiment of the level of social civilization.With the acceleration of national urbanization and the rapid growth of urban population,the growth of municipal solid waste is increasing year by year.The traditional terminal treatment modes such as landfill and incineration can no longer effectively solve the problem of"garbage siege city".Therefore,the implementation of garbage classification has become a necessary choice to do a good job in the management of urban solid waste.Taking Shijiazhuang City as an example,to comb of Shijiazhuang City living garbage classification related policy,combined with the Shijiazhuang City living garbage classification management ordinance implementation question-naire analysis,summed up the current main problems of Shijiazhuang city life garbage sorting disposal,This paper puts for-ward five countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sorting of household garbage in Shijiazhuang City:perfecting the legal system,forming the market mechanism,strengthening supervision and management,multi-subject participation,and strengthening publicity and education.
