Research progress on the impact of antibiotic residues in livestock manure on soil microorganisms and resistance genes
The levels and types of antibiotic residues that adversely affect farmland soil caused by the application of manures from intensive livestock and poultry were described briefly.Meanwhile, the present situation of farmland soil antibiotic pollution at home and abroad was analyzed in combination with the development of antibiotic detection methods.Furthermore, the effects of antibiotics on soil microbial flora were explored and the potential risks of antibiotic resistance genes to farmland soil were revealed. Finally,it is expected that the mechanism of interaction between soil microorganisms and resistance genes should be deeply understood in the future, which would provide scientific and technological support for controlling the negative environmental effects of antibiotics.
