Effect of different C/N on efficient denitrification treatment of high nitrogen wastewater
This paper investigated the effect of low C/N(mass ratio,0.03,0.17,0.27,0.33)on the denitrification process and pollutant degradation of high nitrogen wastewater, and explored the evolution patterns of microbial diversity and microbial community structure in the system through high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that high nitrogen wastewater could still achieve denitrification under low C/N condition. When C/N was 0.33,the total nitrogen removal rate reached 83.01%.Under this condition, there was a high accumulation of nitrite nitrogen, reaching a maximum of 316.09 mg/L.The high-throughput sequencing results indicated that Truepera(relative abundance was 31.33%)and Aquamicrobium(relative abundance was 6.42%)were the reasons the system could maintain high denitrification efficiency when C/N was 0.33.Efficient denitrification treatment of high nitrogen wastewater at low C/N was feasible.
