Source analysis of VOCs and their impact on ozone formation in Hangzhou based on receptor model and emission inventory
In order to understand the pollution characteristics of VOCs and their impact on ozone generation in Hangzhou, the VOCs pollution characteristics were comprehensively analyzed by using the online monitoring data of VOCs from September 2020 to August 2021.The source of VOCs was analyzed by PMF and emission inventory, and the ozone generation potential of different components was analyzed. The results showed that the monthly change of VOCs was characterized by"high in winter and low in summer".Alkanes accounted for the highest proportion of total VOCs.Based on PMF analysis, vehicle exhaust emission source and solvent use source contributed the most to VOCs concentration in Hangzhou, while solvent use source and industrial source accounted for the largest share of emissions in the emission inventory.Compared with the emission inventory results, vehicle exhaust emission source and gasoline volatilization source accounted for a higher proportion in the PMF results, which was related to the fact that the monitoring point was located in the main urban area and far from the industry zone, therefore, the prevention and control of VOCs pollution should be targeted at different regions. In terms of contribution of VOCs components to ozone formation potential, olefin and aromatic hydrocarbons were the components that contributed the most.
