摘要

《核医学辐射防护与安全要求》(HJ 1188-2021)对规范核医学的辐射安全管理、污染防治等工作提出了明确的要求.但在实践中,还存在分区管控要求与其他标准不一致、选址布局要求表述不清晰、废气收集处置要求不完整、废水处理管控要求不规范、解控时限一刀切不够严谨等问题.因此,提出了统一分区划分和标识、辐射监测位置要求,规范选址布局要求,补充废气收集处置要求,补充废水处理管控要求,优化调整清洁解控时限的对策建议.

Abstract

"Radiation protection and safety requirements for nuclear medicine"(HJ 1188-2021)put forward clear requirements for regulating the control of nuclear medicine,radiation safety management and pollution prevention.However,the regulations are still inadequate.Partition control requirements which were inconsistent with other standards,unclear location layout expression,incomplete and nonstandard exhaust gas and wastewater treatment requirements and insufficient rigorous control time have brought certain problems in practical operation.Hence,it is suggested to unify the requirements for partition and the location of identification and radiation monitor,standardize the requirements for partition and layout,elaborate the requirements for collection and disposal of exhaust gas and wastewater,optimize the control time of clearance level in the future.
