Green development is the foundation of high-quality development,and new quality productive forces are inherently green productive forces,reflecting their rich green connotations in terms of low carbon,environmental protection and sustainability.By reviewing the development process of productive forces theory and analyzing the theoretical issues such as the basic characteristics and core indicators of new quality productive forces,this study focuses on the explaination of the inherent logic,connotation,denotation and value implications of"new quality productive forces are green productive forces".Additionally,it proposes suggestions and measures to further summarize and generalize green new quality productive forces theoretically.
