The distribution characteristics and source analysis of chromophoric dissolved organic matter in Hongze Lake water during autumn
The composition, spatial distribution and sources of chromophoric dissolved organic matter(CDOM)were explored in Hongze Lake water during autumn using UV/VIS spectrum and EEMs spectrum.3 humic-like and 2 protein-like components were identified by EEMs spectum, and humic-like substances were the main components. The spatial distribution of the adsorption coefficient at wavelength 254 nm(A254),the ratio of A254 to dissolved organic carbon(SUVA)and 3 humic-like components, showed higher in the lake estuary region than that in the other lake regions. These results suggested that CDOM in Hongze Lake during autumn was mainly derived from exogenous river inputs, which was confirmed by biological index(BIX)and humification index(HIX).Artificial regulation had significant impact on the composition and sources of CDOM in Hongze Lake.
