基于传感器技术的化工园区厂界挥发性有机物监控预警及溯源研究

为探索挥发性有机物(VOCs)传感器监测性能及在化工园区网格化监测系统中的应用,于2022年9月至10月在江苏省如东园区进行厂界监控预警与污染溯源体系研究.结果表明:(1)园区10月VOCs浓度较9月环比降低7.6%,其中沃兰南站点VOCs浓度始终位居首位,环比增加11.3%;日小时变化趋势呈现出较高浓度主要集中在9月上旬和10月下旬.(2)9月和10月高、中、低三级预警频次均呈现数量级关系,但10月预警总数较9月整体下降19.6%,三级预警均有不同程度的下降幅度;高浓度VOCs厂界站分别为沃兰南、经纬南、鸿富达利南等,主要分布在如东园区西南区域.(3)采用ArcGIS模拟污染空间分布,9月园区高污染区主要集中在西半区的东南部,10月园区污染程度高的区域分布相对较为分散,主要体现在西半区的东南部、中部和东半区少数点位,高污染区域凸显为园区溯源分析提供有力支撑.
Boundary VOCs forewarning and traceability in chemical industry park based on sensor monitoring
In order to explore the monitoring performance of VOCs sensor and its application in chemical industrial park grid monitoring system,a study on monitoring and forewarning and pollution traceability system at the factory boundary was conducted in Rudong Park,Jiangsu Province,from September to October 2022.The results showed that:(1)The VOCs concentration in the park in October was 7.6%lower than that in September,with the VOCs concentration at the Wolan South site consistently ranking first,increasing by 11.3%month on month;the daily hourly variation trend showed that the higher VOCs concentration was mainly concentrated in early September and late October.(2)The frequency of high,medium and low level warnings in September and October showed an order of magnitude relationship,but the total number of warnings in October decreased by 19.6%compared with September as a whole,and all three levels of warnings had different degrees of decline;the high concentration of VOCs boundary stations were Wolan South,Jingwei South,Hongfudali South,etc,mainly distributed in the southwest area of the park.(3)Using ArcGIS to simulate the spatial distribution of pollution,the high pollution area of the park in September was mainly concentrated in the southeast of the western half of the park;in October,the distribution of area with high pollution levels in the park was relatively scattered,mainly reflected in the southeast and central parts of the western half,as well as a few points in the eastern half;the high pollution area was highlighted to provide strong support for the traceability analysis of the park.
