人工神经网络在厌氧废水处理中的应用与展望

摘要
厌氧消化是回收废水中生物能源的关键环节,其稳定运行对污水处理厂至关重要.考虑到废水厌氧生物处理的复杂性,寻找替代策略来模拟其处理过程显得十分必要.人工智能(AI)技术,特别是人工神经网络(ANN),作为一种创新方法被广泛应用于厌氧废水处理过程的建模与优化.鉴于此,综述了当前ANN技术在厌氧废水处理过程建模中的应用以及其在沼气产量和污染物去除预测、监测、控制与优化方面的进展,针对ANN技术在应用过程中面临的问题,提出未来的研究方向.
Abstract
Anaerobic digestion is a pivotal process for recovering bioenergy from wastewater,and its stable operation is crucial for wastewater treatment plants.Given the complexity of anaerobic biotreatment,it is essential to seek alternative strategies for simulating the treatment process.Artificial Intelligence(AI),particularly Artificial Neural Networks(ANN),have been extensively applied as an innovative method for modeling and optimizing anaerobic wastewater treatment processes.This review explored the application of ANN in modeling anaerobic wastewater treatment and their advancements in predicting biogas production,monitoring,controlling,and optimizing pollutant removal.Addressing the challenges encountered in the application of ANN,this paper also outlined future research directions in this field.
