基于稳定同位素的水体硝酸盐溯源研究进展

分析水体中硝酸盐来源对污染治理具有重要意义.近几十年来,氮氧稳定同位素溯源方法已经广泛应用于各种水环境中硝酸盐的来源识别研究.归纳了硝酸盐氮氧稳定同位素检测方法,梳理了硝酸盐氮氧稳定同位素数学模型的发展过程,介绍了现阶段常用溯源模型的原理和应用情况,分析了氮氧稳定同位素与其他同位素、微生物技术和流域水文模型等结合进行硝酸盐溯源的研究进展.在此基础上,总结了氮氧稳定同位素技术在硝酸盐污染源识别中的不足,并对水环境中硝酸盐污染源解析的未来发展方向进行了展望.
Research progress on the tracing nitrate sources in water bodies based on stable isotopes
It is of great significance to trace the source of nitrate in water bodies.In recent decades,the nitrogen and oxygen stable isotopes have been widely used to identify the source of nitrates in various water bodies.This paper mainly gave a summary of the detection methods of nitrogen and oxygen stable isotopes in nitrate,presented a review of the development of the mathematical model for tracing nitrogen and oxygen stable isotopes,made a detailed introduction of the principle and application of currently commonly used models,and provided an analysis of the research progress on tracing nitrate using nitrogen and oxygen stable isotopes coupling other isotopes,microbial technology,and watershed hydrological models,etc.On this basis,the drawbacks of nitrogen and oxygen stable isotope technology in the identification of nitrate sources were summarized,followed by a prospect for future development of analysis of nitrate source in the water bodies.
