With trend of economic globalization,China is vigorously promoting global bonded repair business with high added value,high technological content,and environmental protection requirements.At present,there were some problems in the bounded repair in China,such as unclear division of the management departments,unclear export procedures for waste generation,and vague identification standards for used electronic and electrical products and solid waste.To strengthen and improve the management of solid waste for bounded repair in the special customs supervision zones,it was necessary to speed up the construction of relevant laws and regulations in the special customs supervision zones,clarify the export regulations of hazardous waste,and refine the identification standards for used electronic and electric products and solid waste.
