Characteristics and classification study of VOCs emission from typical stationary sources in Jinhua
This study aimed to identify the pollution characteristics and management directions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from typical industries in Jinhua.Focusing on the stationary sources of 12 typical industries,it had established a pollution source classification method based on actual measured VOCs source profiles, taking into account of emission volumes, source reactivity of ozone(SRo3),and source reactivity of secondary organic aerosol(SRsoA).The results showed that the SR03 of coating manufacturing, packaging and printing, and other industrial coating industries were relatively high(2.218 1,2.122 2 and 2.005 1 g/g,respectively).The SRsoA of packaging and printing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, coating manufacturing, and other industrial coating industries were relatively high(0.019 9,0.013 2,0.012 6 and 0.009 6 g/g,respectively).The pollution source normalized control index(NCI)for other industrial coating, packaging and printing, coating manufacturing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries were 1.00,0.82,0.64 and 0.56,respectively,indicating relatively high levels.Controlling the emissions of key components in these industries could achieve the reduction of overall emissions, along with decreased formation of ozone and secondary organic aerosol.
